Theodore W. Carpenter graduated from University of Iowa in 1995 and moved to Chicago sell Group, Life, and Health Insurance for the Principal Financial Group.  From 1997 to 2003, he represented the National Association for the Self Employed selling individual health insurance through the Mega Life & Health Insurance Company. In 2003 until the present, he started Innovative Insurance Services and became independant individual insurance broker representing every major carrier.
